wedding giveaway

i have a couple of new save the dates in the shop. they were both inspired by the thought that Spring is on its way ( i hope ). Both listings are a printable file for you to download and print yourself. But you could also just send the jpeg in an email to your guests, as a lot of things for wedding invites are online these days. easy save the dates, finally!

ALSO, since these are brand spanking new, I wanted to giveaway one to a lucky lady (or gent).
So if you're in need of a save the date, leave a comment with your favorite wedding movie below.
I will pick a winner on Monday at 7pm PST.
if you win, this offer lasts forever, so even if you aren't engaged yet, you can store it away :)

Winner will receive ONE of the two printable invites above with their custom text inserted.

happy weekend!

  1. Weeee! Come on Joe! Did you know the ring is being made AS WE TYPE!? I don't know if I told you that. Hence why I am so excited about your invites!

But, my favorite move (and wedding movie) of all time is Father of the Bride. Because that is totally me and my dad in a nutshell.

  2. I am totally nowhere close to being engaged at this time, but I have two AMAZING friends that are getting married this year and are in need of any 'Save the Date' help. So, I'd love to offer this to one of them, if I am selected.

I'd have to say that my favorite wedding movie is a tie between 'The Princess Bride' and 'Father of the Bride'. The first is just a classic, "Mawige is what bwings us togeva today"...haha! And the can you beat Steve Marting and Martin Short (Franck)? Hilarious AND heartwarming!

  3. My sister-in-law is getting married in October so I told her to enter. I also told two other cousins who are getting married to enter! My favorite wedding movies are "My Best Friend's Wedding", "Father of the Bride" with Steve Martin and of course, "Wedding Crashers".

  4. I am getting married in May 2013 in beautiful St. Pete, FL. My favorite wedding movie of all time is... "Wayne's World 2"! That's right- remember when Cassandra was going to marry someone else and Wayne rushed to the ceremony so that he could proclaim his everlasting love to Cassandra! Oh wait, wasn't that the ending of "The Graduate"? "Wayne's World 2" did include a clever spoof of the scene from "The Graduate" however, my eyes still water when I think of Mrs. Robinson yelling "it's too late" and Elaine replying "Not for me!".
My fiance Bill and I are proof that it's never too late. We are the last ones in both of our families (including extended!) to get married. Yay!

  5. the wedding singer with Adam and Drew!

  6. My favorite wedding movie is Bridesmaids...its such a hilarious movie but I would also have to say that Wedding Crashers is another favorite of mine...I do love the comedies! And I would appreciate winning printable save the dates very much! Thanks for doing this giveaway!!

  7. I love all things clearly Mamma Mia is my favorite wedding movie! It reminds me of singing Abba songs everyday on a boat with my field research team in Australia while catching sharks (true story!). My field team will be joining me this fall to celebrate my wedding to my long-time lover and best friend. Yay! Maybe we'll dance to a few Abba songs at the reception...
