i'm starting something new on the ole blog. mostly because i have had some time lately spent on the internet looking for fun an unique things that i could possibly buy myself as a gift because of good ole uncle sam, and i had quite a hard time!

so i am starting a ongoing post theme called "hearted"

where i will show you things that i, um... heart.

climate

it seems like the only thing that i can talk about lately is how great the weather is.

i can't believe how much my spirit is lifted when the sun comes out. Nate and I spent a part of Saturday just laying on the grass and looking at the mountains. if my day just consisted of that, it would probably be enough.

in other news my best friend is coming to visit for a WEEK on friday, so excited and can't wait to see what kind of schnanagans we get into.

in other other news, i submitted some designs for the most recent minted contest: it closes at noon so if you get a chance vote for me!

I've just finished something fun.

something that someone might look at and show their grandkids someday, and that makes me smile. A lovely girl named Hillary asked if I could make a custom poster that she could give her friend as a wedding gift, such a good idea!

Here is what I came up with.
