i wanted to show you guys a sneak of some new stuff that's coming in the shop..

I will soon be offering complete wedding printable collections.  When you purchase you will receive a customized set of PDFs for you to print at home!  invites, save the dates, place cards, RSVP cards, all in one cohesive and cute look.

I'm hoping that people will like this option for its ease and cost :)

new designs for minted

for the last couple of months, due to the hectic schedule I have mostly been designing for minted contests since there was no real deadline that I needed to meet for clients in that line of work.

here are a few of the designs that I had made for them! can't wait to do some more..

we made it!

the last few weeks have been crazy!  i do not recommend deciding and moving in 4 weeks time with a 9 month old, but we did it (barely).  We're here now in Michigan and are loving the sunshine, beach, and good friends.  We are not loving the unpacking, sorting, and 10,000 boxes though.  oh well, the good with the bad I guess.

I also wanted to mention that since we are now getting settled... I am accepting new clients again.  Please get a hold of me if you are interested in logos, blog design, wedding invites, etc.

I will post pics of the new digs when we get it somewhat presentable.

Going Back

its official.  we're moving back to Michigan!

Nate has accepted a job as a financial planner in Holland, MI and I still can't really wrap my head around it.  It seems like it wasn't that long ago that I was gripping my hands onto the seat of nate's trailblazer, fully terrified of moving to Portland, Or.

Now things have flipped.  I'm not terrified to move back to Michigan, but I am fully aware of what an intense transition it will be for this family.  Fully aware of the faces and hearts that I will miss here in Portland, all the while fully aware that the God of all comfort goes with us anywhere we go.

even though things have been crazy here that past couple of months, i am really hopeful that these last few moments here in Portland will be fond memories that I can dig deep to find when I am sitting in Michigan longing for my church or the friends that I love.

well, gotta go pack.  would appreciate any prayers.

Onward to the mitten!

to say that this month was crazy would be a complete and total understatement.  i bet you could tell since I haven't posted anything in almost a complete month.

i struggled with insomnia for weeks.

we've been looking for a new direction and change for our family.

we lost loves ones, including nate's sweet grandma.

we made two teeth.

we traveled to Michigan again.

anxiety crept up.

basically things we wacko.

but (i hope) things are becoming clearer.  skies are getting brighter..

and i'm back to work!

so if you need anything, let this girl know. and i promise to post more :)
